REDHEALER is a parade inside a theatre, created and performed by THEATRE OF SPEED through Back to Back Theatre in Geelong.

In this new work THEATRE OF SPEED experiment creatively with social distance, proximity, and connection, inviting you to share space, art, dance, public service announcements and parade floats.

REDHEALER celebrates a return to being together after a time of rupture.”

I recently had the absolute joy of working as a Creative Developer, Artist Support Worker and Assistant Stage Manager throughout the process and the performance season of this amazing, group devised piece. Driven by Artistic Associate Ingrid Voorendt, this post lockdown exploration of togetherness through promenade, parade, party and procession unfolded at the Geelong Arts Centre, in November, 2023.
