Blending Arts & Education

I have had the pleasure of working with Drama Victoria in a number of capacities over the past two years. I have loved travelling across regional Victoria, delivering live drama workshops to primary and secondary school students as part of the fantastic Blended Arts Program. Recording the digital workshops which these students access independently is the closest I’ve ever been to nailing my dream role of hosting Playschool! I was also honoured to be given the role of Arts and Education Partnership Manager for the organisation, wherein I established a number of new experiences for teachers and artists to connect and collaborate. Drama Victoria advocates for and represents the voices of Victorian Drama and Theatre teachers, provides high quality professional learning and resources, supporting all members throughout the State, and the development of sustainable professional practices. Drama Victoria is the peak body for Drama and Theatre Education in Victoria and is a not-for-profit organisation which was established in 1968.
